I dont think any blame is on you but im sad i didnt get my order. The delivery company has a picture of it on my porch but i didnt get it! Our neighborhood is safe and we’ve never had a package theft I think the delivery driver took the picture and took it back. You need a better delivery service So sad for an upsetting experience. 😢 Update: they sent me another band! I am so happy and its beautiful! This is first class customer service

I love the watch band, but I should have ordered a larger size. This size fits my wrist but is a little hard to get on or off since I have larger hands. Hopefully the elastic will hold up well.

I love my new crystal shores braided band!! It’s beautiful. And the customer service is amazing. The first band I ordered was too big (even though it was a small) and Cape Diablo responded quickly and got the issue resolved quickly. I would definitely order from Cape Diablo again; the quality and service speaks volumes.

I ordered the smallest size in a beautiful turquoise beaded watch band, but it was too big & floppy on my wrist. When I contacted Cape Diablo, they offered to custom make a watchband that would fit me just for paying for the new shipping, and they told my to keep the original band! I was very impressed with the deal and the service!
The band is beautiful and feels so upscale compared to the bands that come with the watch.

Looks cute as a bracelet but too loose as an IWatch band. Where you can twist some other bracelets to fit, this one you can’t twist and it unfortunately stays too loose for watch.
